Every year the Hopi, a Native American tribe, give their children Kachina dolls representing the spirits they believe control the forces of nature. Traditionally carved from the roots of cottonwood trees, the Kachina costumes and masks are a riot of colour and imagination. The creativity involved in their creation and the beauty of their outsized proportions were the inspiration for Hopi. This Spring/Summer collection celebrates the power of nature and explores new territory with the same sense of wonder as the Hopi.
